January 3
Today we went to kickoff to learn what the challenge was. Mr. H locked his key and everything else in his office so Beana picked the lock on the office door. Despite the delay, we were still about an hour early, it was all Cory's fault. This year the challenge is this game called "Recycle Rush". In the game we have to stack crates on top of each other then put a recycling bin on top of the stack. To make it more complicated, we also have to put a piece of litter (a pool noodle) into the recycling bin. At the end of the game any litter left lying on the ground on your side of the playing field counts for 4 points for the opposing alliance. After kickoff we went to Chipotle and filled up on burritos. Our next meeting is on January 5th right after school.
Till then, "Spanish Camp". :)
